It was advertised on another site I was a member of under the links page. I didn't join till a year later, when Steet made it mandatory to sign up in order to use the shoutbox (security measures.)

That's about it really, I'm still sorta here, just missing the old days of the Balto fandom.

Like any first member, I felt a bit out of place, but soon quickly grew accustomed to everyone and everything.

Although like Seppala, I've tired of some of the members' antics on here... mainly it's the same people, or the same band of people. There's a few decent people here, and I appreciate that, although some of the things that have been going on since...

But I very much agree with you on the whole forum politics thing, Sepp. It annoys the heck out of me, even if I have engaged in it myself unconsciously (which I try not to).

Ii was searching "Balto 4: legend never die" on google and luckily I found this place...for a month I only visited this site but the 27th December 2007 I created an account here!!! I was very very happy!!! My friends don't know this amazing site and forum and they can't speak english very well so they say every day to me that this place is boring, but they don't know wheat they say!!! This is the best site for me and I'm happy to stay here

Since this is the ONLY site my parents allowed me to join [the won't even let me get a hotmail account O.o], I felt pretty excited about joining it. I feel as though I ''shouted'' [aka used exclamation points and smilies a lot] a lot back then. But I try not to use the smilies as much now XD Well, sort of XD

I learned about the site through Google Images when I was looking up pictures of Aleu, since I was interested in learning how to draw wolves/dogs. I ended up coming across this site and spent a year here as a guest, browsing through the forums, Fan Art, Shoutbox, etc. This was back in... March/April 2006? I don't really remember.

I joined about a year after that, in 2007. I knew the names of a lot of members here already, and I knew all the rules [I actually read them multiple times when I was visiting as a guest; they somehow interested me XD], so it didn't take me that long to get into the rhythm of the site. It was pretty fun, and it still is.

But it can be pretty stressful at some times.

The first time I came here was in late 2004, after discovering it on an MSN search for the Balto movie. I entered the site first through the Balto 3 general information page (Which I assumed then was its homepage, for I was new at seriously looking at websites.). Later I discovered the shout-box, which I found very neat and I posted under the name Sparkle_Wolf, because everyone's name was somethingoranotherWolf then. I didn't join the forums, until well, on the date it says below my avatar. I had thought they were forms and would be rather uninteresting, but I clicked one day and went back to main site because they didn't look appealing to me. But one day I decided to join them. I've done some stupid things since then, such as posting a politics related topic, and asking people again and again how to get an avatar up (Look at my earliest post, which it is because my introduction topic was deleted due to inactivity, I guess.) .

well.... *thinks hard* I remember it was when I really started to get interested with Balto (right after I bought Balto 3) Thats when I wanted to find a balto site & I found this! I've been on here since 2003 I think. ^_^

I don't remember what I was looking for when I found the site... but when I did, it was back with all the old members and say, late 2005, maybe earlier.

I know we couldn't register, and there weren't many galleries in the Fanart section. XD. Pample and Greykitty and all the older artists were still active.

I went onto the Shout Box, and being the incredibly slow shy typer, did not go onto the Roleplaying box because I couldn't keep up and didn't even know what Roleplaying was. It was.. pathetic. Yup.

It was two years ago, Octobe , my first day on BS as a true blue BSer XD, It was awesome watching all the galleries, I wrotte an article etc...then with the help of a dude I got adapted really fast.

I decided here to also honor my friend, she's n longer with us, but if I wasn't for her, haha I wouln't be writting this, well at first I have a friend at school who made an account here her name was Chihuahueño, and I said "was" because, umm well she, she drowned one year ago, I was very interested in joining here, she was my first and only friend, I thank her a lot for introducing me here this is trulty the best site ever, I mean is pretty well done and the people here are nice, I never had much problems befriending andadapting, and I soon became aquainted with this site.
