Why arent the existing characters in Balto 1 in Balto 2?

Does anyone even know? Why arent they in the third one too? And will there be a Fourth Balto?

And yeah, it was a stupid move that they didn't put characters from the original into the sequel.

Well its because of the animation that lowerd the interests in Balto.

I wondered that too. Very little of WQ's story took place in town though, so that could be a reason why we never saw Dixie, Steele, Rosie, and the other old characters there.

As for WoC, I don't know. I've never seen it.
