Spyro's first apperance in, 1998 quickly became one of the most popular games, all around the world. After many years, Sierra starts Spyro's legend over. Spyro was adopted by another company and now is creating a movie for the end of this wonderfull dragon. Realese date: 2009.

i've heard of this isnt elijha wood (frodo from the lord or thr rings, he was also the star of flipper) gonna be spyro? when i saw it it thought they pulled a kingdom hearts and made a new Spyro game with actors doing the voices like for kingdom hearts 2 Jesse McCartney (singer, actor,summer land, the song "Beautiful soul" is his), Halye jole osment (actor, 6th sense,A.I,) and umm David Gallager(7th heaven, sweet hearts, Boogieman2) where or are are rather in that game, i've ssen previwes the movies gonna be a must see when does it come out?

I'm not sure when it will come out. I just herd about it. I'll post that when, I do find out.

thnx the previews i've seen look amazing but since i assumed it was another game i never paid any mind i get the games a year later anyway

oh i ment when i saw the previw of the movie i thought it was just another spyro game so i payed it no mind since im not a big gamer iam a spyro fan tho, i'd have gotten the "game" like a year after every1 eles when the price dropped

Being it produced by the same guy who produced Eragon and that I'm not a big fan of Spyro (I've only played one Spyro game ) may be kind of a turn off for me, but this sounds interesting.

Something tells me that it's not going to be super good, but it still looks interesting.

Now I'm off to wikipedia to read more.

EDIT: Hmmm...there doesn't seem to be very much info about it on wikipedia or IMDB, but it's something that I'll keep in mind.

I wonder which plot they would use... the classic happy plot or the new dark plot.
I do hope it's the new plot. Don't get me wrong. I do miss the old happy game, but the happy plot won't fit in silver screen.

Or is it a brand new plot that have never be used in a game?

Personally, I think the animation should be better that the one in the poster.

im a HUGE spyro fan! i hope the movie is going to be as good as the games, as in the old games because the old games were the best ones. i hope spyro doesn't fall in love or something because i hate it when the best charector falls in love. but i'll wait and see

Wow, for some reason, this movie intrigues me and when the release date comes out for this, I will circle it on my calendar. It says that it will be from the producer of Eragon, and that movie was pretty good. Yeah, I'm hooked to this!
