I think you could!
This pic is quite good, but it's just the head of a the char, try to draw the body, it's harder with a mouse!
If you've got a pen tablet, sure you can practice and became an excellent artist, but if you only have a mouse, it'll be hard, long,...
But judging by your first computer art, you're really good, that's right ^_^

On the computer!! It is more fun and entertaining. I also like your art on the computer because it rocks. that explains why i added you to my favorites. computer all the way. :mrgreen:

Absolutely. Though, if you don't have a tablet or a scanner, I would recommend getting a program that allows you to work with vectorized art, such as Corel Draw or Macromedia Flash. When all you have is your mouse to work with, those kinds of program surely do come in handy.
