Topic is not much different from you last rant about mates but oh well.

This is the problem, Many people just either join and dont read the rules or the most likely, Completely ignore them. Time and Time again poeple have been told that "Mate talk is not allowed" and is completely now stricked against the rule but still you see it happening. A this is the reason why mates are no longer allowed within this site, It causes way to many fights and problems, plus it is rather childish and annoying. Come on people start living i reality and grow up, do you know how perfetic this is to see what is happening.

Now i agree 100% on your point Tani, but there is little that can be done other than to report them to a mod, though its not going to stop them. This site was somewhere great to come and relax and just talk calm or maybe a roleplay but now its all fights, fights and more fights because of this childish behaver. People please start living in reality, its not like you are with then in real life >.> and Tani said "Get over it" because this is something that is getting rather boring to see continuely.

Mate talks are getting out of hand again, no matter how many times we say it's not allowed, what do they do? Go and mate talk again!!

I understand people like to roleplay, I do too (Though not here) but seriously, the Shoutbox is NOT an RP and saying that stuff is childish and silly. If you want to be with someone, do what normal people do and get yourself a real-life b/f or g/f.

Another thing that would help is if other members actually used the report system, a mod doesn't need to be there at the exact moment they're mate-talking, the proof from the report is enough but we can't do anything unless it's reported! Instead of just telling the people yourselves and complaining to us next time we're on the shoutbox and saying "The mods are rubbish, they say no tolerance but never ban anyone >.<" TELL US!

I learned this from others. No matter how much you rant about it the rule-breakers are not going to care one bit about what your saying. They will either read it and go about thier normal lives or just flame you. So ranting wont get you anywhere and, like chihuahua said, there's always the report button.

There is one thing which needs to be announced properly.

Moderators now have zero tolerance for mate talking, and even the slightest mate talking will result in ONE warning, before you'll be banned. You may not even recieve a warning prior to the ban for the offense, depending on the situation!


Use the report feature; it's there for a reason.

Then tell us who those moderators are, either by PM or here in this topic, so we can end it.

Wouldn't it to be easier to just PM the mods rather than advertise it. I'm sure the mods are more mature than that -_-

I think there are lots of topics about mates already. But I think that people are beghining to get the message. I've seen alot less mates round here. I remember in the shout box everyone would say "He is the cutest M*** in the world ^^" and then they'd be told "No mate talks" and then they're all "Well I didn't say the word mate did I so there!!!1 " lolz, they looked so pathetic XD

I don't think this "mate" and "cheat" "controversy" will ever end... But it sure has decreased by a lot.

As to those who accuse moderators of breaking the rules this way, it would be your duty to report (hint hint existence of "report" button). It would help make moderator choice and the whole system better.
However, in almost all cases of accusations against moderators the accusers decide to say such things as "nevermind" or "forget it", and experience has shown that these acusers have NO names to give. Simply said: they use a phrase out of the blue to add some momentum to the rant.

This is extremely annoying.
