1. White Fang (Jack London)
I've read the book four-thousand, eight-hundred and ninety three and a half time(s).
Can't stop reading it.

I have thousands of favourite books. I decided to narrow it down to the ten that I found truly memorable, in no particular order:
Inkheart - Cornelia Funke Born Free - Joy Adamson Private Peaceful - Michael Morpurgo Surviving with Wolves - Misha Defonseca Watership Down - Richard Adams I have lived a thousand years - Livia Bitton-Jackson Chinese Cinderella - Adeline Yen Mah Of Mice and Men - John Steinbeck Silas Marner - George Eliot The Hundred and One Dalamatians - Dodie Smith (and yes, the Disney film was based on it).

I like A Night to Remember by Walter Lord. Also anything dealing with shipwrecks and volcanoes.

The Sight - David-Clement Davies (A little rough in the beginning, but Larka, Kar and Fell are so developed into such an incredible story)
Fell - David-Clement Davies (Sequel to The Sight, Fell never gets old and his story is great!)
FireBringer - David-Clement Davies (WOW, one of the best books I've ever read)
The Redwall Series - Brian Jacques ( Great morals with so many great characters)
Wastership Down - Richard Adams (So many great characters...)
The Call of The Wild/White Fang - Both by Jack London (Can never ever forget Buck!)
His Dark Materials (Golden Compass, Subtle Knife, and Amber Spyglass) - Phillip Pullman (I ignore the religious aspects and choose to love the heart wrenching story.)
Rotramel the Writer and Balto678's Fan fictions are very, very, very good reads.
Runner-ups: Harry Potter Series, Eragon/Eldest, Artemis Fowl Series
