This is one of the many reasons "mates" aren't allowed anymore. They get get way out of hand.

And so everyone knows, the rules have changed about mates. It's one warning only now then a ban for mate talking on the shout-boxes. Members who already know the rules and do it may not receive any warning at all, so be careful. We WILL enforce this, it's absolutely ridiculous people.

That is really annoying! What really ticks me off is the mate stuff written in the profiles for example:

"Blue is my mate, I love her with my entire life. If you hurt her I will hurt you back! Even if our relaionship doesn't work out the way it should I will STILL love her more than anything in the world. And you know that nothing can get in the way of my love for her. Till death do we part."

That is suuuuuuuuuupid!! How can you love someone you can't see?!

About time. I'm getting tired of people doing it full well knowing that it's against the rules. Absolutely sick of it.

O_o Mate talking is annoying and childish, but doesn't mean it harbors a permanent ban. Though if they keep doing it for a long time, since the ban times increase with every one, it may end up like that. But I highly doubt that would happen.

Whaaa?! Moderators that have Mates?! What is this World coming to! I hate mates and stuff. It is childish and stupid. I think it's OK to know someone offline and be real nice and sweet to them online because they know each-other in person. But for all you know, the person you don't know might not be handsome or beatiful in fact he/she might be down-right ugly or, even, dangerous. And then you might trust him/her so much that you give away personal info!! It's just dumb and un-cool to have a mate online because you don't know who they are or where they live.

And I haven't even gotten started yet! It's the mate pics in profiles that really makes me wanna throw the computer against the wall. Example: "This is me with ?" and plus there are some pics of anime man and women made by other people! That's art-thieft!! People put time into making those pics and then people come along and use them for their own stupid pointless reasons! They're using another person's art and that is WRONG I hate people that steal anothers art just so they can say "This is me and my mate named ???" Good Lord!
