Very impressive. ^^ The texture of your scales is remarkably simple, yet visually accurate and unique. The dynamics of the wing membranes and crest are also very nicely done as well. However, there are a few things I should like to point out that could be improved. Your CG-version looks like a dragon species half-way between a Wyvern and a traditional western. The difference is the placement of the forelimbs; Wyverns don't have any, but Westerns do. You can see a mis-correlation when you first take a look at the first pic you've done [the one you drew manually]. See how the forelimbs are somewhere just below where the wings connect to the body? In your CG-version, it's placed a little lower, giving your dragon a little more chest than is necessary and scrunching up with the hind legs. Try moving them up a little more. You may also want to consider making the width of the tail a little wider as well. Hope this helps!!

It's great I can totally see the improvement! Yet somehow, in my opinion, in my twisted mind, the first one looks better O_o The first on has more character, I love it's head. Yeah, I'm nuts.
