My friend said that there would be a halo movie soon. I wonder when?

There will be no Halo the movie i dont think. Why did he say that?

Actually, as far as the public knows, there is to be a Halo movie that is based off of the first game on the Xbox, Halo: Combat Evolved. One of the main reasons why almost no information about the movie is that the studios who are to work on haven't even started because they haven't assigned who-dose-what.

That's what I was able to gather, anyways.

I just did a little bit more research.

There is nothing official about the movie being canceled... and there's nothing official about the movie continuing.
It turns out that Universal and Fox studios turned their backs on the movie because the cost of everything Microsoft wanted was just too much for both studios. And of course, Microsoft had no plans of ever dropping the prices. When Universal and Fox left Bungie and Microsoft started to search for another studio for the Halo movie.
They never did find one... and this happened around October 2006.

But as I said before: the is still no official word, leaving the movie to go either way.

Frankly, I could care less. Sure, a Halo movie would be neat, but I was never one for the series.

Well i do love the games. I love to go on internet and make friends kill and own people ( ) (Counting i dont really play the real Halo game just the internet)
