With the rather defensive and touchy mindset of the young artists on this forum (and on the Balto and Lion King Sources), and in the deviantArt community, I thought it better not to re-add it even despite my best efforts to find the artist, and enlist help...in order to do the right thing. That has been entirely fruitless. And while no one had asked me to remove it before, or complained about it, I just wanted to avoid any issues like that now.
However, Whitewolf(uk) has done some very nice artwork of Togo for me (in her signature style), and I might add that soon!
I would like to see the new pic a lot, but your old one was cool too. I have an idea, though: what about if you said you have no idea who it was drawn by, in your gallery presentation? That way no one has the grounds to jump at you for it, since you would state that you tried to find that artist so you could credit them, but was unsuccessful.
