I've noticed that most people only draw their own chars or random wolves/huskies now and poor Balto is drawn less, so I thought there should be a proper Balto contest, not that creating mates and friends for other chars isn't fun b we should all show our skillz with Balto for a change.

So, the main idea of the contest is to recreate a scene from any of the 3 Balto movies in your own artwork.

Rules:
Picture must have Balto in it (Just to keep it fair for everyone).
Picture must be coloured.
Picture must be YOUR art work, NOT a render or coloured lineart.

Entries will be based on how well the pic represents the scene.

Prize:
Free comission from me. (Meaning you don't have to pay for it).

I give you Balto in "Lennox" style!

I think this picture can explain itself.

I'm in! I agree that poor Balto and co. don't get drawn like they should. One question though: Does it count if we do a scene from Balto's life that doesn't appear in the movies? Like before the serum run, or the time inbetween Balto and Wolf Quest? Just wondering.

Naw, that'd be fine, it's just as long as it's about Balto and not irrelevent to the movies...like Balto with Okami or something.

A fair amount of time...I've not put an end date up because I wanted to make sure people were actually going to have a go at it...I'd guess around end of January time to finish them.
