Hello. :] I will post 4 adoptables after the previous ones had been adopted.
I will also PM each "adopter" the character they adopted. I will also make one or two (maybe more, who knows?) "freebies" (free giveaway characters) that will not be posted here, but in the shout box. However, I might post them here (undetermined).

Any characters not adopted will simply be given away after I make a new "batch."
I will also take adoption/character requests.

Age: A few weeks to a month or two
Parents: Deceased.
Siblings?: Unknown.
Personality: Timid but tough. Tries to cover up her shyness by appearing bold and outgoing.
Likes: To be accepted.
Dislikes/fears: Lonlieness, dark alleys (like the one where her parents died).
Short History: Born a street dog, she had the misfortune to be following along when her parents strayed too close to a rival pack's territory and got in a fight. She got out of it unseen and unhurt, but her parents were not quite so fortunate.
What will you do with it?: My characters, Toby and Luna, will be looking to adopt in a future fanfic.
Example: "What's that sound?" asked Luna.
Toby looked around. "I think it's coming from in here," he said, sticking his head inside an overturned trash can. "OW!" he yelled, pulling back out. "Yeah, there's something in there alright," he complained rubbing his nose with a paw. "And whatever it is, it's got a god set of teeth."
Luna stepped next to him and pered into the can. "It's a puppy!" she exclaimed.
Toby stared at the pup and remarked, "Either that or a rally skinny raccoon," he observed. It had a mostly brown body with black markings on its face, legs, and tail, and it was baring its teeth at them.
"Come on out," Luna coaxed.
"Get away from me!" the pup snapped back in a voice that identified it as a female. "Don't you touch me or you'll be sorry when my parents get you!"
Toby and Luna exchanged a look. "Kid, we're not going to hurt you. My dad's head of the Nome canine police."
She snorted. "Yeah, right. Just leave me alone, will you? Where' my mom and dad?"
Toby looked at Luna. "You'd better tell her," he said. "You're good at this kind of stuff."
"Gee, thanks," muttered Luna.
"Tell me what?" demanded the pup.
Luna stared at the puppy and let out a sigh. "Listen, I don't know how to tell you this, but... well, your parents are dead."

Personality: Strong-willed, kind-hearted, caring, quiet, proud, noble, determined.
Likes: To run, playing around with Saluka and Toki, Blake.
Dislikes/fears: The ocean, cats, winter-time.
Short History: She was raised as a sled-dog since she was adopted as a pup, trained with Saluka and her team. Enjoys her role as a racing sled-dog. Has a deep pride for her job and takes offence when others mock it. Not as happy as she could be with her position in the team and is striving for a higher rank.
What will you do with it?: She will be a dog on my sled team of characters, possibly appear in fan-fics but seeingas I don't write much she's more likely to be in artworks.

How will we know when the contest is done?

When I put "Character adopted by: ***********," the "winner" will get a PM telling them about it.

It's also not a "contest," I'd just like for them all to be adopted. ;D
