i dont rant often, but here i go....

ok..so everyone's entitled to an opinion, i know. but sometimes things get to the point where i find it annoying.

say you post in the music section, talking about how you like nelly furtado. then someone comes up and just makes rude comments and just bashes them! yea, you have an opinion, but KEEP YOUR BASHING COMMENTS TO YOURSELF. same thing as if you wrote about harry potter or something and someone says 'omg, harry potter is so dumb.' why cant you just keep that to yourself? i mean, come on.

the same thing could happen with fanart of fics. if you dont think its good, then keep your thoughts to yourself. if you say something, more than likely what will happen is someones going to get mad at you, a whole grudge mathc will be started, and someone might end up getting banned. THAT IS WHY PEOPLE GET MAD AT THE MODS. BEING BANNED FOR THINGS THAT YOU YOURSELF COULDVE PREVENTED. but no, you just had to bash the fic/art.

I agree. I've had people say nasty things about my fanfics. I mean, I'm all for consturctive critique but just posting 'that is so boring' or 'that is so dumb' is unnecessary and hurtful.
