For the ones among you who don't know it, this film was one of the three animated films ever produced by Amblimation, with Fievel goes west and Balto.
This is not a very well known film, and generally had bad ratings, but I have learned to make my OWN opinions. I have never seen it actually, but I just found that someone uploaded the film on Youtube :

Yes, I know that it's very bad quality, but still : this confirms that Amblimation was definitely among the best studios when it comes to the quality of animation. (they were the best to me)

I still don't understand why Universal never released it on DVD. (except in UK I believe, but not in the US or in France anyway) I mean, what, they prefer to put several million dollars on producing new DTV films, when they've got a good way to make money by almost paying nohing, with a film that is probably better than any of the LBT sequels?...
This also confirms to me that they probably would have never released any Balto dvd if the sequel didn't come out...

I used to love that movie when I was a kid, still do. It's got a great story to it. I don't know why it got low reviews, but they're "critics"

If they hadn't made Balto into a DVD, that would be upsetting.

There was a link some time ago, but I dunno what happened to it now. Apparently, it's been up for a while now, as a recording off of Cartoon Network, hence the crappy quality. But We're Back was actually the fourth production by Amblimation, if you count the TV Series they made earlier... but yeah.... was disbanded and assimilated into DreamWorks after the "failure" of Balto...

This movie's become pretty rare now. Those who have the VHS version have a real classic in their hands, but for those who prefer to be a little more digital, well... unfortunately, the DVD version was only released in Australia.

You know... I might get it and try to upload a high quality version if all goes well

I was planning on getting it as well, or my birthday in November... That might take a little bit of convincing, but eh... it's totally worth it. ^^

I kinda wondered why there was never a sequel/ T.V series to this movie.. I guess they were happy with Land before time and decided to ignore this movie.. *shrugs*..

maybe it's a good thing All Dogs go to Heaven doesn't belong to Universal..
