My new favorite movie, I Am Legend, is very suspenseful. The whole concept of it is almost not that far fetched. To me, anyway. It's based on a novel and is a remake of an older movie : The Last Man On Earth. I have yet to read the book, but apparently it is not all THAT far off from it. But this movie is seriously good. Pretty much kept me on the edge of my seat (so to speak) through the whole thing. There are some really intense scenes through the movie, but that makes it all the better.

Robert Neville (Will Smith) is a brilliant scientist, but even he could not contain the terrible virus that was unstoppable, incurable...and manmade. Somehow immune, Neville is now the last human survivor in what is left of New York City...and maybe the world. But he is not alone. He is surrounded by "the Infected"--victims of the plague who have mutated into carnivorous beings who can only exist in the dark and who will devour or infect anyone or anything in their path. For three years, Neville has spent his days scavenging for food and supplies and faithfully sending out radio messages, desperate to find any other survivors who might be out there. All the while, the Infected lurk in the shadows, watching Neville's every move, waiting for him to make a fatal mistake. Perhaps mankind's last, best hope, Neville is driven by only one remaining mission: to find a way to reverse the effects of the virus using his own immune blood. But his blood is also what The Infected hunt, and Neville knows he is outnumbered and quickly running out of time.

Man the films great! It's right up there on my list (about 3rd, lol).

I didn't think this movie would be so good because there were so little main characters, but Will Smith's great acting more than made up for it.
(Now that I think of it, I would rather have it this way; than a movie filled with no-name actors, with performances so flat you could get a paper cut in your eye from watching xD - eg. Transformers).

What surprised me was i noticed it to be more of a zombie movie in disguise, to a post-apocalyptic movie that the trailers and stuff portray, anyway.

Great stuff, especially if you get freaked out easily like I do

Was disapointed with it to be honest. There was so much untold and so much more to see, im not going to say what parts where disapointing becuase maby some people have not seen it yet and it would spoil it for them :D.

Still a great movie tho defo worth the watch, but i was expecting more.

BLAH!! :(

It was okay until the 'Zombies' showed up. Talk about stupid. I mean, it would have been okay if they were there, and then they HAD to try to EAT him. And attack in numbers.

after that I had to sleep with a light on.

I retarn, and I have to say it was worth it. Overly awesome movie. If you don't mind a movie about zombies or the like, go see it. Not for the faint-hearted, though.
