First off, 'clique' is spelled C-L-I-Q-U-E. And I don't have a "clique". I refuse to define myself by the music I listen to, the sports I watch, or the beer I drink. I am who I am, and I can't be pigeonholed into one little box. Remember kids, cliques are just society's way of labeling you. Even if you're unique, you get a box to live in, and if you try to come out, you get ostracized. Be yourself, don't let other people define you, and don't be so quick to define yourself. Otherwise, one day you'll wake up and realize that no one in the real world cares that you like to wear pink shirts or listen to Death Cab For Cutie. And then where will you be?

Quoted for Truth.
I agree fully. I'm not part of any clique, unless there's one for People-Who-Love-Classical-Music-And-Animated-Movies-And-Stuff-That-Is-Considered-Lame-But-They-Don't-Care-What-Others-Think-Of-Them.

I'm not in a clique, nor do I ever plan on being in one. Sure, I have the group of friends that I hang out with, but do you know how different we are? I don't consider them as my 'clique', but as my friends. I don't care if they're different than me; different is good. I could label myself if I wanted to, but I really don't care for those sort of things.

And it always gets me that everyone associates 'black' with the word 'goth'. Just because people like to wear black doesn't mean others should stereotype them into a certain category. A lot of my wardrobe [if you can call it that XD] is almost all in the shade of black, yet I'm not goth.

So yeah. That was kind of short, but I hope I sort of got my tiny point across [whatever it was O_o] XD

I'm what you'd call a crossbreed in clique terms.

Bit of everything really though strongly avoiding certain cliques.

I think I'm a normal person. I used to be a bit goth. I wore the trip pants and a whole punch of wrist bands and everything. I still wear band tees, but I have matured a little and gotten into more of a casual style, like a turtleneck sweaters, thermal shirts, pea coats, long leg jeans and casual black shoes kind of person. But like HrryNrmn said, I sometimes define myself by the music I listen to. I am a big metal guy most of the time, but I can switch to a softer rock the very next day, or even minute. I am two different people when it comes to appearence and interests.
