Mmm...Balto fans are often TLK fans, that's not really new.
I think you will have a surprise in a few days (or weeks, at worse)...

Yeah, I used to love TLK. I was obsessed with it when it came out. lol Now I just like it a lot. Probably because I've seen it to much.
I like the first one and the third one. The second was just kind of um, there. It wasn't great but it wasn't really awful either.

That's exactly what I'm feeling! I liked TLK very much when it came out. But now I just feel it's an excellent animated film, that misses something to really catch me as Balto did. And I also liked very much the third, and not so much the second.

I think i don't like so much the trird lion king movie because it is about timon and pumba and not the lions and are also a comedy movie, so the "escence" of the frist movie still are in the second but was totally spoiled in the third.
O Love both Movies, lion King 1 and two (is because that i have some posters of both movies in my room) but i just like the e movie.

TLK are really good movies...I love them too but I just prefer Balto because of the wolves and dogs and the characters...but they are quite alike in some ways....
Balto and Simba: Heroes and worried fathers
Jenna and Nala: Sweet mother
Aleu and Kira: Stubborn daughters
Kovu and Kodi: Both want to take the lead one day
Zazu and Boris: Advice makers and best friends
Muk and Luk-Pumba and Timon: The two duos

You forgot Scar and Steele : the two evil characters, and the two trios which are linked to (the hyenas, and Star, Nikki, Kaltag)

I'm the same. My fave will always be the original TLK, with TLK2:SP as second. One-and a half was . . . . umm . . . at bit too much. It was a blah way to extend the series, but I really didn't like it that much (Heck, I like WQ more than TLK1.5 . . .). Some parts were actually hilarious though, but nothing else.
But that's just me for you . . .

I really liked the third one. It was nice not to focus on serious stuff and just have a comedy.
Has anyone ever noticed how much Scar looks like Jafar?

I'm surprised that these days, you've always the same opinion as me GK!
And yes, Scar has always made me think of Jafar, I always compared them when I was young...10 years ago. Oh, BTW, for people who doesn't know it already, I've a lion king site now! No english version yet, I'll do it when I get the time, that's why I didn't told about it before. You can still look at the french version, the link is in my signature

No chance. TLK is Disney, Balto is Universal. TLK is well known, Balto is not. Disney and Universal are rivals. No, that's really not going to happen, sorry...
