What did you think of Niju? Did he make a good villain, or did he come off as weak? Do you think he was a copy of Steele?

Personally, I think Niju is a weak villain but an interesting character. He kinda reminds me of Jenner from The Secret of NIMH. (Both fear change and both try to kill the elderly leader, Jenner succeeds). Not to mention that they look rather similar:



Niju also reminds me of Scar because he has three idiotic underlings and towers over them on a ledge.
What did you think of him?

Awful character. He was a seriously weak and un-realistic 'antagonist', and bored me half to death. XD His fear of wanting to move where they live shows serious weakness. Don't wolf packs move from territory to territory when food becomes scarce?? And him wanting to overthrow their leader was so inevitable in an already predicatble film. Didn't like him at all - not because he was a villian, because I usually love animal villians. But he was a seriously crap villian, who couldn't even fight properly, and he's a freakin' wolf XD

On a side note, I love NIMH, and Jenner <3

He's... a very very very weak villian. He's supposed to be a villian, but he disappoint me. well, He's not evil enough.

His intention wasn't "kill for what he wanted" (villians should do that), but it was "let's stay here! this place is ours! don't move! noooo!!"

and he's a poor fighter. Steele bit Balto at least once. Niju? He didn't even try to bite. (and he called himself a wolf...)

and his appearance doesn't even look like a wolf. more like a cat... neither do those crappy trio.

Being afraid of change I think is quite a good motive for a villain (take Jenner, for example). But with Niju, they didn't really put it into full perspective.

Oh good God, PLEASE don't relate Niju to Jenner XD At least Jenner killed someone, Niju didn't even injure anyone. He was all talk and no action. I'd go on, but I don't feel like it right now.

Just read my fan fic to know how I feel about Niju. He didn't really make a good villan in the WQ, but the whole being afraid of change thing, definitely caught my eye to write the story. I bet he could be a good character if he wasn't so mean.

He has an exact vision of life( that every one must stay), and that I find a positive side, a nother question is, WHAT type is that vision .. is he a villain or just badbreed ...

I like Niju, he is a strong charackter, he stayed, when all others went away. He stuck to his oppinion.

He doesn't even count as a villain for me. He was pure le suck. Extremely weak, unable to go through with "threats", I could go on but I won't.
