This is just a little teaser.....


My mom was startled and rushed me and my little brother inside. My mom and dad were talking when the danger my dad was talking about came bounding up. It was a HUGE grizzly.

"Ahhh!" My mother screamed.

My father turned around and growled at the bear. He lunged up to bite its neck. The bear tried to knock my dad off ,but as soon as the attempt was made my mom attacked the bear. She bit its leg.

My brother and I watched horrified. THe bear knocked both parents off and headed towards our den. The bear reached his huge paw in and swiped at us.

"Ahhhh" Me and my brother screamed.

I quickly led my little brother to the back of the den. There, we huddled close together. I heard my mom screaming an ran to the den's opening. ELi tried to follow but I stopped him. I looked out and saw the bear slam my dad into a rock...killing him. Tears ran down my eyes. I ran out and lunged myself onto the bear trying to bite it. He swatted me off and into a tree. I fell ont he ground unconcious.



I woke up about a hour later. I looked around dizzily. I heard a whimper. I stood up and looked around. The bear was gone. I saw my dad's dead body laying int he snow. I then looked over and saw my brother curled up next to my mom. I walked over to him. He cried constantly and then looked up at me.
