I was sad over all of them, but Snape most of all. He was the character that got me into HP in the first place...and as we found out more about him, I just knew he was going to die. And it wasn't even the kind of very heroic death I wanted for him--though at least he WAS redeemed, as I knew he'd be. But his entire life was a tragedy. ;_; The way he had to look into his love's eyes one last time before dying....omg. But I was surprised that only one line in the book actually made me cry--the one about Albus Severus Potter being named for two Headmasters of Hogwarts, one being a Slytherin and the bravest man Harry ever knew. That got me. Anyway, I might be one of a few, but I also mourned Bellatrix Lestrange, one of my favorite characters, however psychotically, fanatically deranged and wicked she might have been. The rest of them in the poll (Dobby, Lupin, Moody, etc.) were tough to deal with too, especially Fred. That was a shocker. I just couldn't believe someone like him could've been killed, that she'd actually split up the twins. It's hard to watch them in the same way now, in the movies, knowing what's in store for them.

I wasn't surprised when Moody went actually, but Fred was a surprise. I was disappointed about Tonk's and Lupin's deaths, because that was just so Harry would have a counterpart. Dobby's death was the saddest for me, really. I knew Snape was going to die, I never really liked him that much anyway for some strange reason... it was a pity Bellatrix had to go, I loved her and her derangedness XDD.
I wasn't surprised Colin Creevey went, though. Not that much, anyway.

Yeah when ever I watch the films I get a little sad too. I also liked Bellatrix, she was a very interesting character. Poor Dobby! But I am glad Harry didn't die, but Lupin and Tonks and Moody's deaths were horrible. I really liked Moody, and Lupin was soooo nice, and Tonks was just a wonderful character! I hate Voldemort but his death was quite a suprise, he was the worst wizard alive and he died because he got hit with his own rebounding curse!

I actually teared up a little bit when I found out that Tonks and Lupin had been killed.

I actually thought that was a bit of a let-down with Snape and what was supposed to be an epic duel between Harry and Voldemort. It was over too quick for me.
