1. I haven't seen the Fox and the Hound 2.

2. Well... probably Don Bluth for me. His movies were just great.

3. In at least some way, yeah, I guess so

4. Err... wow... maybe... Lilo and Stitch? XD I know, different huh?

5. I can't remember too many films or TV shows from the 90s. There was Sailor Moon, I suppose...

6. The companies wouldn't be able to put them out without permission from the fans for use of their characters and ideas, actually  This is all coming back to the B4 project, isn't it? :P

7. Shrek 3, Finding Nemo, some other movies I probably forget

8. ...me and my crush? XDD I'm so self-centered :D.

9. Balto, just so we can get people chanting "BALTO, BALTO, BALTO, BALTO!" XDD... either that or Potter Puppet Pals, those rock.

10. Err.... tough question, I don't really like characters that much to have them tattooed on me

I can try and answer a few of these...

1. Well, I think it's a great movie, but only thanks to the Singin' Strays storyline. I loooove Dixie, and IMO she makes the whole thing worthwhile. xD It's not exactly related, but I found this short old thread about someone's observation regarding Dixie, that I'd like to comment on without actually reviving:
viewtopic.php?t=12579

Now it's a good observation, really, that she and Georgette of "Oliver & Company" have some things in common, but they are *not* the same character and Dixie isn't a rehash. Lookswise she resembles Rita, and I think it's impossible that they didn't base her and Cash at least somewhat on Rita and Dodger (yes, you can see some of Dodger's attitude in Cash, especially with that red bandanna on him.)
Personality-wise, Dixie does share a primadonna element with Georgette, and I noticed on my first viewing of TFATH2 that they throw similar temper tantrums, and wear bows in their hair. XD But they do not act exactly alike or have the same kind of lives or roles in the movies, etc. Soo...yeah. ^^ The new dogs are great characters and, IMO, the real stars of the movie; I'd say it's worth watching just for them.

2. I like the ones you mentioned as well; Don Bluth and Brad Bird are definitely tops with me.

8. Hmmm.....well one of my favorite 'ships ever is Cassidy & Butch from Pokémon (Team Rocket); I was a big 'Neoshipper' and as far as I'm concerned, that's canon. xD I was also a Rocketshipper (Jessie x James.)

9. Oh, gee, that's an interesting question....I assume it needs to be an animated movie since this is in the animation category....hm. I can think of plenty of them that would be quite powerful to watch in such a theatre. I dunno honestly, but Balto would be a good choice, so I'll agree with it. Might give people a new appreciation of the movie, feeling as if they're right there in Nome, amidst all the action--hey, the racing scenes would blow you away!

10. A tattoo? Well, due to my utter contempt for needles, this is strictly a hypothetical question, you understand! XD Ummm, maybe Rita from Oliver & Company. She was my hero when I was little. :3 A tattoo of her in some pose, or even just her face, would probably look uberly cool.

The others I don't have ready answers to now.

1. I haven't seen the Fox and the Hound 2, but it looks unnecessary.

2. Don Bluth definately, and Walt Disney if he counts.

3. I think that the voice actor can be very close to the character, especially if it's a popular character like Marge Simpson. I think that fans would honour Kevin Bacon for being Balto, if Balto was more well known.

4. Tom and Jerry! XD

5. Best film of the nineties would be Balto IMO, closely followed by Aladdin and Beauty and the Beast.

6. I think so. Take a look at the vast popularity of Star Wars fan films.

7. Shrek aside, I agree with all of your choices - The Jungle Book, Finding Nemo and The Lion King.

8. Kovu and Kiara from LK II. I actually enjoyed this sequel more than the original.

9. Balto, again. It's such an admirable and powerful film, and putting it into IMAX would do the stunning visuals more than justice, as well as many fans as possible.

10. I don't like tattoos...

P.S. did you hear about the commentary Iam going to do with balto freak on balto?

Aw, no problem. ^^
Yeah, I did see that thread--it sounds like an awesome idea. I look forward to hearing it.

I was also going to include Disney in #2 for SURE, but I thought he might not count as much since he was the producer of all the films rather than the director...but he's still an animation director. Anyway. I LUFF Disney. ;3
