You could use any character form any cartoon or movie.

I'd Interview Sakura from Naruto Shippuden, Zakuro from Tokyo Mew Mew and Tokyo Mew Mew A la Mode, Lina and Caren from Mermaid Melody, Sailor Venus/Minako from All the Sailor Moon Series/Movies, and the anime version of myself =O
I'd ask Sakura tons of Questions like what she feels about the fact that she's been paired up with every charrie in the series, I'd ask Zakuro why she hated Friends, I'd ask Lina if it was annoying when everybody thought she had no emotions, I'd ask Caren about how she felt when she saw Noel again, I'd ask Minako what she thinks of Usagi/Usako/Sailor Moon, and I'd ask the anime version of myself if she knew how long I'd been drawing her =D
