Roleplay box..

I don't like this idea. I like the two separate boxes as they are. We don't really need a change and also I think each box should stay in theme with the site (Balto = Wolves/dogs/foxes Lion king = Lions) So I think they should still have different boxes. It shouln't change, there is no point about it.

Isn't the point of two role play boxes, for people who like cat RP, to RP with cats? And Balto RP, for people who like dogs?

Just because people don't like to RP in the Lion King RP DOESN'T mean you have to ruin it for the other RPers.

I agree with Yupik, here.
The whole point of having the two boxes is so the people on BS can role play as dogs and the like and so people on LKS can role play as lions or other big cats.
I do not think they should be the same box at all.
So, obviously, my answer would be no.

I'm afraid I must concur with tibby and yupik.

I don't see much of a reason to have two boxes with the same function. More often than not, you're not going to get dinged because you play a lion or something other than a dog or wolf. I see people on the RP box who are ANYTHING but canine, and it don't bother no one. What're we gonna do, say, "Oh, you can't be this creature. Make yourself a wolf, or your banned!!" ^^ For all I care, you can be a 5-headed sea serpent with wings and 10 arms, and I'd just pass you by. Lol. Another box just means more people to watch over and more vulnerability to spam.

If you have to deal with personal matters about people bashing your form, then I suppose that's something you might want to invest trying to solve yourself before resorting to mod intervention.

Err, aren't you contradicting yourself there? You say you agree with them, but you say you would rather have only one box instead of two separate ones (which is currently and has always been the case)

I say two roleplay boxes.. as it is now. It might get a bit messy if its just one roleplay box.

1) Many people orginally got out of control with anything other than Balto or TLK related in the first place. When the original roleplay section was for Balto/TLK related only. Hmmm I was wondering if we can divide the roleplay sections, rather by three instead.

Balto/TLK related roleplaying
-This section if for Balto/TLK related roleplaying only
Entertainment related roleplaying
-This section if for anything movie, book, or tv based that is non Balto/TLK related
Other
-This is for miscellanious(ex. school, midevil, war, etc) based roleplay

I was wondering for this because, the other roleplay seems to be crowded with stuff that would belong in the lovely entertainment section, that I want created. Thats up to you steet, if you're willing to do it. Then I would be happy to move, most topics that would be long in that created section there

I concur, DW. Such a division would make it a lot easier for us RP mods to work.

i acually like it, want-to-be mods (hence the name, they weren't even senior members) :lol:

kept telling me that just becuase my rps were about cats, i couldnt rp in the balto rp box, when lion king one was dead, i soon got sick of it and quit rping altogether. :roll:

nobody could tell anybody what to do if they werent mods, this way. :wink:

and it wouldn't really be that 'unorganized' if hardly any people use lion king rp box in the first place.

I actually don't know what to think. I agree with much of what Tibb, Yupik and Suka said, but still, a hundred times more people RP on the BS side than the TLK side. And from what I've seen, 99% of the people still RP wolves on TLK when they're there.
TLK seems to me like an escape for those people who have mates. They think they can get away from the mods.

I can't make up my mind. XD
