The mates talks on the shoutbox are not allowed, but I saw mods who started talking about it..i'm serious..well, I don't want to give names, but I will give you examples:
1) One moderator started to tell how he want to find a gf and everybody old him:"you will find". well, as I understood, it is okay to say: "I want a gf/bf in my life", if you don't stretch it to a big conversation. well, Those two mods stretched it to a big conversation and when I told them to stop, because it is a mate talk they answered it isn't and continued talking about it.
2) Another case of Mates talks was when one moderator said the word sexy on the shout box, and when I tild her to stop ahe answered me it is not a mate talk..so what is it if not a mate talk, ha?

Saying that you want a girlfriend/boyfriend is not considered mates talks. Saying the word "sexy" is not considered mates talk, because "sexy" means "nice", "pretty", "hot", "beautiful", etc. From dictionary.com: "excitingly appealing; glamorous: a sexy new car."
Mates talk is when you say you love somebody you don't know in real life.
"Hai! Let's pretend top be wulfs and mate and have kidz!" -.-' This is mates talk.
Mating on the RP shoutboxes, or any other shoutbox is considered mates talks. How can you love somebody you never have met?
In short; mates talk is when someone is actively roleplaying, or saying that he/she loves this guy/girl, when you don't know them in real life. In other words; mates talk is a lot... but saying you want a girlfriend or a boyfriend in real life (yes, in real life) is not mates talk. Nor is saying the word "sexy".
(Sorry for sounding harsh, but we mods gets accused of so much it's beginning to get on my nerves)
