Some people know this already, but I've been working on a new site recently. This site is dedicated to making gamebooks online. I had searched a bit around the web and never found a site which offered that possibility, so I decided to make it with the system that already works here. The site is almost finished, but there are a few things missing. The URL to the site is : http://www.gamebook-land.com/The site should already work fine, probably with bugs though. In order to be able to make the site really "start", I would like to be able to show an example of gamebook. That's why I'm asking you : I would like some of you to try making gamebooks. I would then select the one that would be used to show as a "good example" on the site. If you ask why don't I do it myself, that's only because it would spare me some free time for other things. Instructions :It needs to be simple (not a complex story), not too short (more than 10 pages of course, something like 20 would seem correct). I would prefer it to be a HUMAN story. So you know what you need to do...Register and write a gamebook there. Of course, tell me about all the problems you may encounter. I may also need help with making the "Information" section of the site (like, what is a gamebook, what are the most famous gamebooks, etc...) but I think I could manage this one. IMPORTANT : I want this site to be my "professional-looking" site. I've taken this occasion to change my name to "BigBook", so please don't call me steet there. Also, this is obvious but don't post anything related to Balto or TLK there, they fit better here. Finally, don't worry, even with one more site to manage I'll still try to find time to improve BS and TLKS...All three sites are based on the same "engine", so they will be naturally improved.

Actually I would like to start advertising the site only when the first version will be finished (that is, with an example gamebook, one news posted, and the information section completed) Thanks for the support though. Yes it's difficult to write stories in english, I had problems with the one I wrote here too...
About the meta description, well there's no specific size...And the search engines actually doesn't care much about it. At least, Google use it only to display it to the visitors, so size doesn't really matters here.

If you would give us the normal BS mod's box back, I'd be grateful. When I click on the shoutbox link on BS, it takes me to GB-land, where only the normal SB works. Unless I open it in a new window.

IMPORTANT :
- There was a problem with the passwords, due to the new forum version. I had to reset many passwords, so if you aren't able to connect, use this password :
pwd
(good thing that I didn't update the BS forums straight away, or there would have been the same problems! And it would have been very long to correct this...)
- I have corrected the link to "tell a mod that the gamebook is finished", so now you should be able to submit them. Don't forget to do it, or it won't be displayed on the site!
