My favorite scene is when Sarabi is sleeping peacefully with,and without Mufasa.

And now my other favorite scene.



Sarabi and Mufasa,dead center.

I didn't double post,you're overlooking Queen_TaniCat's post,Little Lion Cub.

I like the one where Simba is pestering his parents, and Sarabi says, "Your son is awake," so Mufasa tells her, "Before sunrise, he's your son." I never get tired of that part.

lol i liked all the singing scenes in TLK and TLK2.

Yeah, I like the music too. But the "Before sunrise" scene is still my favorite because it reminds me of a Calvin and Hobbes comic.

'Be Prepared' is without doubt one of my favourite scenes. Seeing this whole army of hyenas goose-stepping, with colours similar to that of soldiers...sends shivers up my spine.

I think in TLK1 my fav. scene would have to be the Wildebeast(sp?) Stampede scene. It is an incredibly heavy scene that had a huge impact on me. Just the way the stones start moving and Simba turns and sees the wildebeast(sp?) arriving over the gorge thingy, and it zooms onto his face and he gasps, the way the background changes as it zooms in is just such a brilliant addition, really builds up suspence for the viewer. The music is AMAZING..and so creepy and chilling...and it really blows me away. And then Mufasa's arrival and Simba climbing onto the tree...the sound affects and screams...Mufasa battling against the creatures to save his precious son...Scar watching the scene...everything makes me stunned when I watch it. The death was so graphic and deep...the way Mufasa and Simba screams just gives me SERIOUS chills. Something rare to see in a Disney film. The sound affects aswell were amazing. And then the scene when he finds his father and tries to wake him up and then screams for help and snuggles under his paw...I have no words for this. It shows Simba's fierce loyalty and love for his dad, and it seemed he was prepared to lie beside his father forever. Such a powerful scene. I can't describe it..

And my other fav. scene is the 'Remember Who You Are..' scene. The words spoken at that part are so powerful. And the way Mufasa appears in the sky all god-like...it's just WOW. And at the end when Simba runs away and shouts "I'm going back!" and the wonderful African music starts and Rafiki cheers him as he runs....it just also gives me chills. Such a simple but fantastic thing to put in a scene

I love every second of this film. But these scenes are the ones that had the strongest impact on me; which is why I love them so much

And in TLK2...

I think my fav. scene would be the big battle scene and when Kiara & Kovu stop it. And the scene where Kovu & Kiara share their first kiss squeezed in the cave, That bit's so cute and funny XD They're so embarassed XD
