For all of those metal heads out there, here's your chance to show how intense the stuff is you listen to. Post the URL of your favorite metal video and see if you can beat the person that posted his or hers before you.

Here are the rules:

1.) Must be from Youtube.
2.) No intense cursing if any.
3.) Must be appropriate. No nudity (of course)
4.) Be nice.
5.) Nothing Anti-Christian or Satanist (We don't need that here)
6.) Make sure it's heavy enough. lol.

Wow, anaiyak. You really told him. Perhaps he wasn't up on the dictionary definition of "metal". You're right though, people who don't like things that you like should be told how wrong they are. Anyone who likes country should probably get beaten, and people who like rap, well, they should be killed outright.

In all fairness do note that metalcore is not a heavy metal sub genre and is merely a watered down dress-up metal pandering to mindless goons who wander scene to scene.

I am not saying that their choice in music incorrect or that I was telling them they were wrong based on this, more that they are incorrect in identifying metal with metalcore.

I did not set up this topic to be made fun of or to be proven wrong. Metalcore is a type of metal, hense it has the word "Metal" in it. Don't enter someone's topic if you're going to cause trouble or have a negative opinion that would make someone feel wrong. If you have a negative opinion, leave it out. No one wants to see it.



Hrry Nrmn-- I don't need your opinion on whether anaiyak "told" me or not. I'm not stupid. I know what metal is! I put this topic/contest to give people an opportunity to show others the kind of music they listen to. And I would not like to be referred to as "Poor Grey Wolf" My regular user name is just fine, thanks. I appreciate your little hint of sincerity, but I don't need people like you or anaiyak causing trouble. Now, I am not saying that either of you are bad people, but if you're going to say something to make someone upset, don't say anything at all. I don't usually cause arguments, but you brought the negativity, so you got it back. For future reference, say something nice, or don't say anything at all.

For those of you out there, if any, are interested, please continue if you wish. Sorry for the negativity the first visitors brought up.

Nu-Metal has metal in it and is a far stretch from being anything metal. And again with people who are so objective about negative opinions; Don't bother asking for opinions if you only want 'Positive' ones, you have to take the good with the bad.
