Lol I did that one in paint then edited it >D I used Glow, then used transparency brush for the fire flies and the fog.

there all pretty the same but you hae changed the shape of the face wich is much better keep up

Yeah it's because I use the circle tool then the line tool because I'm never been good at freehand.
