So it's the matter of space and money that the Animal Shelter people came up with the plan of throwing them of the 50ft bridge, talk about inhumanity and stupid, don't they have anything better to do? The strangest thing I've ever seen from the Animal Shelter workers was probably this, rather than euthanizing them, the dogs were thrown of the bridge of life badly

These guys will get punished! Some were family pets. Do you think that their owners are just going to sit there and do nothing?

My dad is from Puerto Rico and reads the puerto rican news. According to him the animal control people were in fact arrested and are facing long prison sentences.
