Hi, I'm new in the forum and I wanted to discuss this a while ago:
I've saw Dusty's design in Wings of Change and after looking carefully, I found Dusty had similarities to Aleu. I think its on the body's shape and in some scenes, she looks a little similar to Aleu fur color. Is it myself, or is it true.

She does indeed resemble Aleu.
Especially during the scene where they're eavesdropping in the town hall. She looks a lot like Aleu, just a little chubbier and flat-headed.

It was confirmed in an interview that the similarity between Aleu and Dusty was not intentional.
