Srsly, try Wikipedia next time.
Sailor Moon is a 5-season Japanese anime from 1992- est 2000. It's one of the many magical girl shows - girls who transform into heroines, in this case becoming planetary Sailors. It stars Usagi, a girl who magically can transform into Sailor Moon, and her destiny as the moon princess.
That's just off the top of my head, Wikipedia can help you more.
