You need a picture editing program, such as the most famous : Photoshop, and Paint shop pro. You may be able to do that on Paint, too, but it will be harder and not as good.

Mmm, not sure, I rarely use Photoshop. You should ask Greykitty. Or search for a tutorial on Google.

do you know how to add text with photoshop

becuase wen i add text it will delete some pixels of my picture

can you help me please

Simply, select text and it should be on a separate layer. If the text should block some areas that need to be shown, you can either:

-move the text
-resize the text
or
-change the opacity for the text

The text shouldn't affect the pixel of the picture, unless you already flatten the layers.

can you see the toolbar (one with pointer, text, pen, shape, paint, magic wand, etc.)?

If yes, look for a pic with a T on it. That is the text tool.

If no, go to the menu bar and click window (or press alt and press the right key until you get to "windows." From there, you should see a list full of "show" or "hide" whatever. Go to "Show Tools" and click on it. You should see a toolbar (usually on the left side of the screen). Look for a "T" button. That should be text.

If the text and image is on a seperate layer and you wanted to delete the text, the image will still be there. Be sure that the text layer is current before you delete the text. However, if the layer is flatten together or if the text is in the same layer as the image, then deleting the text WILL affect the image.
