No, I don't have one. I'd really like one, and from what I know, I'm getting one for my birthday ((in January, still quite a ways away, but hey, I can wait XD)). I'm pretty much content with my handy-dandy Discman right now, but I am looking forward to getting a Nano. My sister has a black one. She doesn't let me touch it .

iPod isn't priced that bad! Well, maybe in Europe, but in the US it is priced fairly for what you get. Most of those other brands are pretty unreliable. Brands which are as reliable (i.e. Creative), have their products priced about the same.
That being said, I don't have an iPod. I want a Creative Zen though. Something that 90% of the rest of the population doesn't own.

I love my Mac. Sadly, I can't say the same for my iPods. Yes, plural.
I have no idea about the newer iPods though. I have a G4 iPod that busted G4 times. The last time the firmware exploded I got fed up and fixed it myself by partitioning the hard drive. Then it broke a fifth time. As I tried to fix it, I bricked it.
I might be the only person on Earth to own a defective iPod shuffle. I don't know how I did it.
As for computers, I use both Macs and PCs everyday and I heavily prefer Mac. Although PCs are fine for everyday simple tasks, they aren't worth their weight in crap when it comes to graphics, audio, and video production. Macs are more professional in this sense.
People like Togo who say they have never even owned an Apple product shouldn't be voicing their opinions so strongly. Or at all.
The reason Apple products cost more, is because they last so much longer than standard PCs. Where as a normal PC owner has to upgrade their computer every two to three years to keep up with the newest OS, Macs run new upgrades until they die. And they don't just die that often.
The Powerbook G4 I'm typing this message with now is over five years old and is held together in some parts with duct tape. I still use it for major graphic design projects.

Togo wrote: May I know who makes you buy upgrades? I know people who live happily with a PIII and 128mb ram. If you want the best quality in the world of course you have to pay $1000 every year, but you can spend 1000$ every 5 years and still have a PC with better hardware than Mac. Windows evolves the OS, Mac doesn't, so it seems like a Mac can run all the updates. No, Mac doesn't have any important update, that's the difference. Nobody makes you buy upgrades. I actually use Windows 2000 on all my PCs. (It's my way of sticking it to Microsoft.) Yet, let's say I know people who are completely content with using an abacus for their computing needs. This extremity won't change the fact that the average PC needs major upgrades every single time you build a new Windows OS on it. Since Microsoft cuts customer support to the older OSs and endorses newer ones so much. Most people will buy the new OS. Most people with XP will eventually upgrade to Vista. Not all. As for upgrades, Mac comes out with a new major OS about the same amount of times Windows does. The thing is, Macintosh builds a computer with future needs in mind. So when the new OS rolls around, older computers can still run it. As for the $1000 thing, the only way you'll be able to spend just $200 a year and always have a computer with better hardware than Mac is if your comparing it to a Mac that doesn't receive upgrades.
