I don't know why....but I am just utterly suprised but the fact everyone on the rant board is annoyed by literally everything WRONG with this site....look its the INTERNET,a society filled of fakers,spammers,flamers,rude,ignorant people and very wide ranges of opinions good or bad.

If you are looking for some magical solution to all these problems....I doubt it'll be here soon,if ever. The mods can only do so much. When you join ANY site expect any and all problems because the internet isnt just a tool for people who want to be serious and have fun on a mature level unfortunantly.

It just doesn't work that way and I cannot see the internet changing any time soon in these ways. SO....what I am trying to get too is instead of complaining about LITERALLY every little problem on this site,go to youtube and watch videos,or email your real friends,or go take a walk.....IGNORE dumbness....it isnt that hard.

I swear I have seen a million and more topics on how he stole my work,why am I always banned?,Mods suck!!,spammers,haters,fakers, etc etc ETC! Don't you guys realize this site can't be perfect? I know I kinda just made ANOTHER rant about an annoyance,but I just wanna know why everyone complains so much here.

It drives me Insane more than the people who spam and thats sad(some rants are OK...dont get me wrong,I am human and do still have my interweb pet peeves) Just limit your frustrations please...Im asking as maturly and descriptive as I can....thanks.

I kind of agree and disagree. I think that we all have a right to rant. Whilst I understand that there's no 'magical solution' to all our problems, it certainly helps letting your feelings be known. Problems don't always disappear, but they can always be reduced.
I agree with that the Internet is full of spammers, liars, ignorant people etc. But this is a childrens site, and therefore a certain degree of safety, tidiness and friendliness has to be maintained. But I agree, things do start to get out of hand when you see one million topics about 'He stole my art!' 'Everyone's being mean to me!' 'I hate spammers' etc.
So anyway, interesting rant.

Yes,I know,I'm not saying get rid of the rant board because I understand people need to let others know they are frustrated its just sometimes it gets overly repititive when its already been said and its just like"Ok then.....we get it", thats what I am trying to say also.

Something I agree with..
If people actually spent more time giving suggestions on how to improve things which aren't near perfect on this site, rather than ranting about it, more stuff would get done xd
And ranting about things here which are out of mods control is really rather pointless.

What else are we suppose to rant about ? The things we think are amazing on this site ?

Haha, Naw. I get what you are getting at. After time this board has become nothing but a nuisance. People take words and they twist them into exactly what they never were. And it is rather annoying. But, we all must think that people DO see things different. Which is why this board is doomed. As much as I enjoy ranting away at people, I find that this board doesn't really solve anything but our anger issues and a Mod's want to ban (if they have one at all). :]

Heres another strange thing....I just joined another forum site with a chatbox and they actually have very little problems....tells you something,doesnt it? What some people lack in this place is just respect...thats it. The only thing thats happened on the other site is harassment really and its minimal. The people in the shoutbox all greet and pay attention to one another and have FUN there. This site isn't what needs work,its you people. If you want to see change,start with yourself. Thats all I can say instead of
ranting to no end. Use that noggin,people,its really easy,I swear. If your annoyed take a break for awhile instead of "yelling" and acting immature here.

Well....everyone else could so learn how too. God,I this is exactly the kind of comments I hate....you didnt even TRY I bet,just don't bother commenting if thats all you could say....if it was constructive critsism FINE, but what you posted was unnessary.

I agree. It is rather annoying. There are many other things that people don't exactly do "correct", persay. I could show you a ton of different ways that people do things, that tick me off. A good one is when people don't space after a comma, or a period, or something else. That annoys me just as much as a bunch of words bunched together in an unreadable blob.

But again - as I re-read the first post, that we are all free to rant about whatever we please about the site and the people and yada yada yada... So if yahh don't like it, then don't read it. Like you said, "IGNORE dumbness". ;]

There I edited outlaw....Im sick of hearing you complain,so I edited,now you really have no reason to get off topic with my grammar so DROP it or I'll simply ignore your posts. Either way, I have resoultions.

Says the poster who told the other to use paragraphs, use proper grammar and not to yell...

Seriously, in stead of stabbing at each other we could always get back to the point of the rant, being that Rosetta thinks the forum members basically complain too much about issues that can't be fixed. I think that's a valid point; it's one thing to have an opinion, but complaining about every thing that annoys you isn't a good idea, I think.
The reason for that is that the so called 'venting' does more to make an annoyance worse then to make it go away: if you talk about something which annoys you and which you can't help, talking just reminds you of the annoying fact's existence. It's like starting to talk about a nasty smell you've gotten used to (think smog): once you start talking about it, you start smelling the smog again, whereas you would have continued not-noticing if you hadn't started venting about it.
