I must say I have never been very interested by the short length animated films. That's probably why I only know most of the feature lengths ones in the list (delgo, the triplets of belleville, wallace & gromit...) I'm still wondering why there are Madagascar and Robots in that list, since I don't belive they are independant films...(dreamworks and fox animation)

Maybe they're referring to any company other than Disney!!! lol I don't know that's a good question though. Maybe there's another studio in there somewhere that we don't know about. :?

Well I believe that independant means : productions that were not made by a major company such as Buena vista, Universal, 20th century fox etc...
Since dreamworks can be considered as an independant company...this could be logical, but why only put madagascar in that case, and not their other productions?

Yeah I don't get why Dreamworks is in there. Oh well.

I remember Wallace and Grommit though. I borrowed a movie from someone I knew. It was funny. :P
