To be honest I have no problem with the Straight and even Homosexual content if it's done tastefully, which can be done. I think the sex with aniamls thing is a bit too far though. So I kinda understand half of your argument. But it's simple really, if you find that content offencive and you come accross a fan-fic with those elements in it then just don't read it. There is no need to leave the board for something like this, I'm not arguing or having a go at you or anything like that.
Although I don't know you that well, I hope you don't leave.

Oh god, get over it already. It's not your choice on what the rules are. Don't like them? Leave. Simple as that. But follow them if you're staying.
And for the record, no one pressured steet. Stop making excuses. You're being rude and immature and no one appreciates it.

No offense Dragon but You have the right to choose whether to READ IT or NOT! It's very very straightforward that it was not PG or G which you would rather read.
Secondly, Criminals is WAY to far. Excuse me? Criminals? I can't believe I read that. Your maturity bar went from 5 to 0 there. Leaving is your choice, I happen to enjoy your stories and read them often, but There are no criminals in this situation. they are simply people who you disagree with.
No one had problems with it really untill now because people who saw the clear warnings, chose not to read it because of RTW's discretion statements. The one's who did made their own choice.
It's up to you to go or not, but your handling the situation rather immaturely excessive arguing on RTW's message board. Leaving the entire site altogether and now calling people criminals. And you have a choice, it's not OUR fault you are leaving.
Lastly it's steets site. He can do what he wants, do you pay to keep it running? Just as long as people don't get excessive into it, and write like 3+ of them. Then he can check up on that situation. Im in favor of keeping the new rule. Petition not signed.

Excuse me? are you kidding Dragon? The list you just mentioned is in fact not what Steet allowed, he actually said no to all of that, what he is allowing is your mature themes to be low order and reader friendly... basically no descriptive sex or anything of that nature, what he's changed is subject content allowing it in but so long as it is filtered and not written into detail, which is completely agreeable. TBH I thought you'd be happy with this new rule as it allows less restriction on writers and keeps the important rule of no descriptive adult themes. Oh and as an extra, the petition was up for nearly half a week before Steet interviened (Spelling?) and dont say before the oppostion could make a stand because you pretty much were the opposition. Now lets all go back to just enjoying this fanfics for what they are, cause I've certainly enjoyed reading your Toby series so far

Dragon you have fallen. You call yourself a Christian? You are not! The story had no sex in it at all! It's clean but apparently you're too ignorant to see it! Don't like it? Then get out of here! You're ruining everyone's reputation!

Wow. What an immature rant
Dragon, some people LIKE these things in fanfics. Everything 'kid-friendly' is just boring. And the majority of people on this site are aged 13-20. And not everyone are strong Christian like you. Go ahead, leave. Throw an immature fit. But you need to now that not everyone will agree with you. And this is steet's site, not your's. His rules are is buisness, not your's. So I'd suggest you get off his back and leave him to run his site his way, and he will make alot of people happy with these rules, including me. If you have a problem with these fics... DON'T READ THEM. It is as simple as that. Other people enjoy them, you're not the only one here allowed to read and like stories.

Dragon Tamer, let me give this to you in three straight points:
One, everyone has the right to write and read whatever they choose to. Just because it offends someone does not give anyone the right to say it's wrong. In someone's eyes it might be, but to others it might be good, interesting, etc. and so forth. Two, as stated before, Balto Source is Steet's website and he has decided to allow this genre of literacy back onto the site. You don't have a say in the matter and honestly, if it offends you so much, then leave. Tell your fans where you'll be moving to so they can still read your work, but to take action against this just because you don't believe in it is no right of yours. Thirdly and lastly, Your final comments are entirely unnecessary. To call someone or a group of people criminals for enjoying said genres is immature and to threaten to leave if the rule isn't revoked is also a childish way of going about this. As you can see by ALL of the above posts, this is what people want and Steet gave them this.
I do not wish to appear to be provokative toward you or antagonizing, but if this bothers you so much then go. But from the looks of things, my vote included in this, it's not going to change.

Dragon Tamer wrote: Don't you ever read? First of all, he SAID he would allow "deviant sexual content." Transsexuality and beastiality fall into that category, so he would have to allow them if he were to allow homosexuality, incest, and so on. And excuse me, people, but I TOLD you- those of you who have had your say, please stay out. I am trying to give the unrepresented side of Balto Source a chance to have their say, and we can't do that if you keep working to shout us down. First of, Dragon Tamer, I am an unrepresented side. I never told steet to return it, nor did I request it. I never got my say when this matter was first discussed, so by your reasoning I'm allowed to post as often as I want here. Secondly, Your comments are becoming more and more rude and immature each time. Thirdly, I agree with tanssexuality and bestiality being a step too far, but I would reason that Steet has the common sense not to allow that on Balto Source. Lastly, who is 'we'? Look above, Dragon Tamer. No one is defending your side! You stand alone against an entirety of Balto Source members. I can clearly see you are being bothered by this, but with so many not, you can't hope to change this again. What is done is done, and there are those dozens, if not hundreds, who would fight to defend it.
