Ok first I know it is only a movie directed at kids so please dont say "it's only a kid's movie. I was wandering about Star-he’s the crazy hysterical character, maybe he was brain damaged? I love Star; he is a real cutie-but a bit nutty! If so I think Steele did it-see how scared he seems of him in the movie. And Steele is certainly cruel enough to do that. Some of you might say its Kaltag hitting him on the head that was more likely to do it. But I don’t think Kaltag actually hit him hard. When Star falls over think he is doing it on purpose-not because Kaltag knocked him over. Of course maybe he is just like that anyway-but that’s what I think. Quote: Read my confession on page 1! He's just Star isn't he Even if it wern't for Kaltag hitting him on the head for every interruption I still think Star would be near the same way... probably safe to say that Kaltag is a catalyst for Star's quirkiness though, on an average day I bet he would get up to 2 or 3 hits on the head

Star isn't brain-damaged. Star is just Star!

Hey, not every character in the movie has to be either noble or evil. Some can be wacky! It's probably something other than brain damage.

Mmm... could just be me, but along with all the other points made on this topic, I've never actually seen a brain-damaged human ever act like Star. Yes, they do act differently, but not like Star. It's not his intelligence that has a problem.
