Small rant here.

Recently, I've seen some people post a one sentence topic, and about fifteen minutes to half an hour later, they reply to it saying 'please reply,' 'why won't anyone reply?' etc. Now, that sort of thing is acceptable when you want to revive a topic that's been unanswered for days, but it's really whiny and childish to post it half an hour later, because:

(a) The odds are, someone will reply to your topic. Those chances will be increased if you actually put some thought into it. One sentence will not give people much to talk about.

(b) This isn't a chatroom. It is not 'live,' and it will take some hours before someone will reply.

(c) It breaks rule number two - No double posting, Although I wonder if they actually read the rules in the first place. Double posting is unnecessary since you can simply edit your post.

So next time you make a topic, make it interesting and open for discussion. And remember, please be patient. To reiterate, this isn't a chatroom. Just posting a one sentence topic and replying twenty minutes later with 'please reply,' could and should be considered spam.

You're right Canis,it's downright,and extremely annoying,not to mention breaking the forum,and site rules.

I agree too-i mean every one want s replies but we nned to be patient-and follow the rules.

Canis, its not CONSIDERED SPAM, it IS spam. its is quite obnoxious too.

IS is stronger, you have to dumb it down for me and others as well if you go up to a person and pretend to be gangster, but your not, you say is in a funny way like "who do you think you iisszsszz?"

I agree with you. People think that others are just ignoring them when they just haven't gotten to their thread yet.
