I LOVE The Great Mouse Detective!!

When I was little I remember having a huge crush on Basil and wanting to marry him. XD But I also love Ratigan, too. He's so awesome...Vincent Price did such a great job voicing him. I love his song, and when he turns into vicious-naked-sewer-rat at the end. Terrific scene...the whole movie is just terrific.

''Old Rattigan, Old Rattigan! He is the worlds greatest rat.''

Haha, I love this movie! Rattigan was a cool character. I think Basil pretty much knocked my socks off too . I think this movie made me want a pet mouse ((instead, I got rats. They ruled >D)). Now whenever I hear the name 'Basil' I think of a mouse O.o

That was a good movie. What I especially liked is that Basil lived in Sherlock Holms's house, so you can see the two parallel worlds.

The Big Ben scene where they were all inside was awesome. You didn't hear any dramatic music. Just an ominous echoing tick-tock.

Sarabi/Balto remembers what I remember. That nightclub singer had to have been in the top 5 of Disney's "Who on earth came up with that?" list. Seriously, nothing says children's movie quite like a burlesque act. This probably ties Sasha's dance number from ADGTH 2 for most suggestive children's movie song. But hey, don't take MY word for it. Have a look for yourself!

Ah yes, back when Disney wasn't afraid of every special interest group claiming that Disney was corrupting children. Yessir, back then, they could show a striptease and have the main characters drinking in a seedy bar. This was the good ol' days!

Ha, I was seriously going to say that! She may have only been in the movie for a few minutes, but she sure left an impression.

ahh yes...I remember this. One of the Disney movies I used to watch when I was an ol' bambino. Good memories...

I love this movie. It's like Sherlock Holmes, but more of a mouse version.

Lol, she was for me too when I was like, 6. I even tried dancing like her one time...which might not be a good thing.
And then of course there's Olivia. She has my name.
