Yupyup. I live in NZ, and all the covers are like this.

To tell you the truth, I like it more than the American one. The characters actually look like they do in the movie - especially Aleu.

I agree. The US version - although I do like the "TLK-recreation-scene-of-parent-and-child-standing-on-Pride-Rock" idea for the cover image - was off-scale (Aleu looks exactly like her character is during much of the movie - a young, immature teenager, confused about where she belongs in the world . . . LOL), but it does work in some of the characters that they encounter throughout their journey - Niju, the whole ice thing, the never-aging bears and Boris - plus it makes the movie seem interesting (which I know most of you WQ-haters would reply to this with: "Yeah, until you watch it . . . then you'd be disappointed afterwards by the false-advertising of the cover." Don't even think about it. XD). The European cover actually looks more like the characters do in the film, size and all! The only downer about it is that it's completely boring and dull to me. All it is is Balto and Aleu, positioned close together in an outdoor setting with a small raven flying above them. Boring . . . but still better than the US version.

That's my two cents.

I agree OwnedByAGoldenRetriever-it annoys me when book/movie covers don't look like the ones in the movie/described in the book.

I wish the rating was a bit higher, but that's what you get for making a bad sequel anyway, Balto probably had more better ratings than that, the cover like that I didn't have on my DVD, the other was what I had :?
