It sounds like a really great idea to me,and I'm sure others will say the same thing.

Well, that would have to be their problem. However, if Steet gave a link to a translator..

I think ai's a great idea but Draco and Yupic bothave very valid points.

But what about people with bad memories (like me) who simply forget some of the rules?

Maybe a refresher log in with questions occasionally-but that might be hard to do for steet?

Internet translators aren't usually reliable. Perhaps there could be several different versions of the "rules quiz" in different languages and users who aren't very good in English can take the one in the language they're stronger in.

I say no. That may seem like a good idea, although : people are lazy.
I know it : I wouldn't register on a site that would require so many things, unless there's REALLY a good reason behind this. If I would do that, there would be a lot less people registering, and I don't see that as a good thing.
Not even talking about the ones who don't understand english well enough but want to submit things like fanarts, for example...

But maybe, occasionnally, for people who receive warnings, we would submit them questions like this and until they don't answer them correctly, they wouldn't be able to post anything...But that would be a bit complex to put in place.

For the people who speak French, or so, there would most likely be one in French for the French part.
