What's a Fan Character?

Well, I'm very proud of my character Toby, but I think my favorite fan character would be Flint, Aleu's mate according to redwolf03.

I think it's rather pointless to say your favorite fan character is a character that you made yourself. I mean, of course it would, YOU made him/her/it yourself.

Sadly, I'm not too aware of other characters besides Doby's, Sword's, Deni's, Axel's, and Ahura's (which is I believe there should be a forum or topic dedicated to banking and listing everyones' characters).

But despite all the creative characters I've seen (all of which are really good) I pick Axel's character.

I personally LOVE my Valo, he's so cute and evil, XDD, and muh Jakey, I luff my Jake too.

But if I had to pick other people's chars.....Kiona (cat), Achak (Draco), Kavik (tibb), Spade (doby), Maya (pample), Wolf (maya) & Wyvren (spirit_the_cat)

I think that's it....I love tons of people's fursona's too but I didn't think they really counted.

You're right. I'll admit, favoring your own characters isn't pointless.
But I was pointing out that many people would, without a first thought, favorite their own character(s) far more often than characters made by other people. It goes with the sense that characters you make will stand superior from all the other fan made characters because YOU made the character, he/she/it came from your own mind. Your own character(s) are so much apart of you that, in a way, could be considered as family. And, really, in general, you would support family on impulse over strangers and even friends.

I'm being frank about this. How about if we all name our favorite fan character we made ourselves and our favorite fan character made by someone else.

In that regard, my favorite characters are Rusty (mine) and Axel (Axel's).
