Hello, could anybody draw me some resources, please? ^^

First of all, I need sprites of all the characters from Balto, and yes please, I'd love some of the background characters as well.
Here is how the setup needs to look like:

And I also need some tilesets (environments and towns) and it should be set up like this (length extendable, width is not):

I've already gotten the hold on the needed music, and the scripts needed to work on the game. All I lack is the resources ^^

Also, some 90x90 faces from Balto would be nice. I especially need the ones for old Rosie and her Granddaughter.
And of course, I need some tilesets for the park. Thanks in advance, creds will be given.

Maybe you could post this into the fanarts section...This could have more effect.

Maybe. I wasn't sure if it was the right section or not, so if you think it should be there, feel free to move.

Awesome. I'm anxious to see how this project pans out. I can't really help you sprite-wise. I could make you a menu design though.

From what I see, it looks like you're making an RPG. What's the game's plot or basic goal? How are you compiling the game?

Yes.

Well, I am using an RPG Maker program for it, but I've changed many of the scripts to exclude the RPG part of the program.

Really, people. All I need is just the character sprites and the tilesets, then I'm done in maximum a month. Maybe two.

Just use temporary graphics and go ahead and code the game. When you're ready to replace the temporary pictures, make sure you keep boundary boxes consistent when switching sprites. Tilesets are no big deal. Set yourself a given unit (16x16, 32x32 are the best) and stay consistent. I recommend 32x32, much more visible.

I used to have trouble with this too and this is how I would solve it. Now I just make all my own resources and you wouldn't believe how much easier it is than actually looking for them.

Random Question: Does the character snap to a grid?
'Nother Random Question: Do you have access to a Mac?

Can't really code the mapping because... well, none of the default maps are looking anything like Alaska. Secondly; I can't draw. Not even a circle.

The character's are stuck in a grid, the way they are pictured in my example. Size can be increased for the characters with no ill effects as well, but it must be set up like that.

And I don't use Mac's, unfortunately. Never understood them.

I can recolor those sprites you have to different characters if you want.

I could very well be wrong, but I think he wants new sprites in that format.

Wolflux, this is why I asked if you could access a Mac, http://opensword.org/Pixen/.

That program will make anyone a sprite artist. I think it's a shame it's only available to Macintosh users, but if anybody here owns a Mac, I seriously recommend it for pixel art. Best yet, it's freeware!

Bump. Yes, Lennox, new sprites would've been nice, but a recolour would also be more than sufficient.

And I see; shame it's only availible to mac users. Oh well.

In response to one of your other replies, the plot of the game is actually to play through all the movies. But I need to get the hold of RMXP (again) because I've lost the program, and all of my scripts :'(

In any case, that's only a good thing (I guess) because it allows me to rework the scripts functions and perhaps find some bugs in them.

Game is is.. or was finished (technically) and the code was finishes as well. However, the maps weren't finished, and no character sprites.

The project is on temporary hold until I can get the hold of resources ;)
