I'm not sure if poetry goes under the cathegeorization (sp?) fanfics, so I'll post it here.
So, just a small note to you who don't like poetry; Leave this topic immediately.

------------------------------------------------------------
Here's some old ones.

-----
The Black Rose
It is said that every rose has thorns. Either white, or blue, or red, they have thorns. But

What about black?
I imagine black as a neutral colour, and while neutral is fine, it does seem soothing.
And with a flavourful odor, everything from honey.
What if all roses could smell just as beautiful as the black one?
What if everyone could stop and smell the nature?
What if everything was as beautiful as The Black Rose?

The Moonlight and Wolves. (note: This one was made before I joined BS)

A darkness eternal, only broken by the light of the moon and the stars. An howl piercing the
silence, a silvery flash through the life itself. Look, look, up there at the star! How
beatiful they are, and atop of the hill, a white wolf! So majestetic it looks, howling to
the moon, singing its song of sorrow and pain. Perhaps for a fallen friend, or perhaps it is
singing the tale of a hunt!
Look, there it jumps down. Climbing elegantly on stones and walking through grass, coming
for me! I look in its eyes, ages of wisdom and experience, perhaps it looks at me in envy.
I see myself dressed as a native, holding a bow in my hand, and a rabbit in the other with a
victorious smile! Maye, just maybe, can moonlight and wolves hold our past together, shining
forever in the night!

Foxtails!

Within the twilight forest, beneath the earth, something was happening. The gift of life
was about to be bestowed, and by sound it made its presence known. Small yelps from the hole
below, signified the eyes opening themselves for the first time, welcoming the sun's warm
grace! The tree's standing vigilant and strong, bestowed by the gift of grace! Welcoming
small yelps from the hole beneath, two little eyes shines out from the darkness! A little
nose, bumping the ground and den walls, small yelps signalizing life. A little head came
out, looking out for the first time!
Overwhelmed by joy, the little one explores. Little critters stands ready to greet it,
chattering their little tales, so fun! But for this fox, the tale has just begun.

The Lonewolf of London.

Walking the streets of London, there is a loner. He looks sad, where he reminds himself of
the past. Mourning the loss of his beloved ones, his eyes shine with experience. Maybe he
witnessed something terrible and learned of it. Maybe he loved someone, and lost her. He is
alone with his memories, and I pity him. I pity him for having forgot the joy of company. He
is a loner, and will always be. The Lonewolf of London.

Dreams are not always false

I sat behind a tree, thinking about the past, and what had happened. I had stopped dreaming years ago... or had I? Even now, I couldn't remember my dreams, or my memories... but why?
It feels like I have been sitting here for centuries, or even eons... but how?
I have many questions regarding the past, the future or the present. What is then my destiny? What is then my urges to fall asleep never to awake?

I am scared. Scared of what might happen if I fall asleep. Afraid of death, yet I'm not... I close my eyes, trying to remember my troubled past again, but inside there is only darkness... empty darkness that does not yield to any light. Light... what is light?
Light is a source of hope, alas, it never shined for me. Light is a guiding source, but when I needed guidance, it deserted me. I am all alone, looking upwards to the moon. Now it feels like I'm floating higher and higher up, and I now stand on the moon's surface... This is a dream, of course it was. My first dream in years. But yet, it felt so real. Like, the emptiness there was inside me. Nothing... nothing...

Maybe... maybe dreams are healing? Or maybe they damage? Or what if they are true... I hope this one is then.
A dream come true? Dreams are overrated. Thinking about them, however, may heal one's heart, but living them is a source for complete... redemption...
