I don't remember the name but the movie is about a man who is killing little four year old girls all across America. The cops are out to stop him and he kills Bree(The main character's cop dog) and then she takes everything out at Feather(Her other dog) and other people. But then she puts the facts together and from there it has spoilers I guess. I caught the movie in the middle and still can't remember the name ><

Hmm...sorry, never heard of it.
