{This fanfic is about how and why bobcats have stubs for tails}

Agni was the powerful god of bobcats. Agni means fire....which would be a good name for him considering how firey he was. His mate Bala was the godess of life and youth she was a bobcat herself. One day a group of bobcats were born and once they were older their tails gave the group of cats evilness causing them to kill off others.

One day the leader of the group whose name was Sanjit killed off one of Agni and Bala's cubs. Angry Agni had tracked down Sanjit and Sanjit's group of bobcats. Agni put up a fight and knocked all of Sanjit's group including Sanjit himself. While they were knocked out Agni used his claws and sliced off their tails Agni also sliced off his own tail.

Agni had went to the others and sliced off their tails as well to prevent the evilness from spreading. As the other bobcat's tails let out a small fog that you could see the devil's face appear and disappear after the fog cleared out. Everyone had watched that happen with and exspression of fear and awe at seeing the devil's face.

Agni went off to bring back Sanjit and Sanjit's group back. And all Sanjit and his group were good since then. And that is why bobcat's tails are stubs!
