what? oh no no. i can do that perfectly on my own. in fact, i just built one with a C2 Xtreme for my parents. im just wondering what kind of thing OTEHR people like. those are what things i like. I know more about computers than most of my school. more than my parents of course. And i WOULD overclock, if my computer wasnt a propierty gateway motherboard, with a clock generator incompatible with all overclocking programs, and a very Bare-bones BIOS. Hey, do you have a Intel Pentium D lying around? my comptuer is stuck with a p4, and i want to upgrade, but i dont have the money for a PD. do you have one? (800mhz FSB, Presler preferable)

lol its brand new. i wanted to get them an SLi capable board, and the P35 doesnt have SLI capability. i just finished it hte other day. it actually only has 1.15 TB, because the Raptors are in RAID config, so it is like a redundant, that increases performace, with the 10,000RPM drives. yes, 4GB shows up fine, actually only as 3.75, but it is a 32bit thats why. 64bit has even more issues than the 32

yeah. the only reason Intel Chipsets dont have SLi is because of politics between NVidia and intel. if intel has SLI chipsets, then what does nvidia sell that intel doesnt have? but, the new x38 is rumerod to have it, but nvidia denies it, but they lie often. you have no idea how fast it is.. the RAID, windows boots in 25 seconds, from the end of POST to usable desktop. whoooooooeee. It screams in games, i achieve fps of 250 in FSX on ultra high settings. CRAP!!

well, personally i believe amd is dying, the Penryn will be the final crushing blow to AMDs desktop market. but, maybe they can recover, but i doubt that they will have anything that will be able to compete with Intels newest competitor

that is true, amd is more a budget thing than performance right now. but they dont have anything to compete currenly with intels high-end C2D.
