I've seen tons of topics with people complaining about their friends being mean or telling to ban a certain person.
The Ban Somebody Topics
There is the '!' button for a reason in the forums. If there is a problem on the Shoutbox or Rp, or Baltobox then just get a mod. Don't spam the rant section! I'm tired of people thinking that these are rants! If it's about banning a certain person it's not a rant. Yet if it's about something that you've seen people doing and doesn't mention anybody's names then yes, it can be a rant.
These people are annoying because this isn't doing that much and it just spams the Rant section. If there was a topic for each person and what they did wrong imagine how spammed this board would be! That's why you just put what they did but don't mention names because this adds a lot more people to the list of people making trouble.
Also what you can do is what I said before. If it's on one of the boxes then get a mod or use the report button. If it's on the forum use the '!' button. Then make the rant.
The My Friends Are Mean Topics
These are totally useless and makes you sound really immature and whiny. Ever thought that maybe they were having a bad day or just weren't in the mood to talk? I can even explain how much I hate these topics and how many I've seen!
This relates to the ban somebody topics because they will beg to the mods for them to be banned. What the heck is with that??? All they were in was a bad mood and you think they should be banned?! Like I said Immature and whiny.
Then there's people who feel sorry for the person. You shouldn't feel sorry for somebody who thinks a person in a bad mood should be banned. Yet that person shouldn't even have been online if they were in a bad mood! So I think everything I've said about this explains it's self.
I so agree, and I see it so often on many other forums! (thank goodness that, amazingly, nearly all the balto-fans seems to be over 15 years old O.o)
I find those topics really annoying, and I encourage the mods to lock and/or delete such topics the second they find one.
