Staff and BlackAdders rant!

Staff and I noticed in the shout box and everywhere else. That people ask the same question over and over and over again after it has already been answered. People tell them to stop, but they keep right at it. Then it starts up in a flame war.
Another thing that busts our buttions is people coming into the shout box or Rp box and saying "Oh! Lookie here! Click my name click my name please post a comment! They do that several times in a row. When they can go on the forum and find it on their own. We dont need everybody on the shout box posting right after they just finished posting a topic on the forums stating to post to there comments!

Personally, I think the following on this topic:

You either avoid talking about topics that could cause a flame war (religious and political topics are already against the rules)

OR

You don't start a flame war when someone says something that ticks you off.

For instance, with the example Strawberry Splash gave, when she starts saying that she got her hunting license, you don't go around saying something back at her that'll make her, or anyone else, angry. The user "mean person" should've just ignored the shoutbox for the time being. Believe me, starting a flame war because of personal beliefs is not worth the time in the banned box.
