When looking at and adding posts in the Balto movies forum section. I have noticed/posted many that fit into more than some movie forum.

Perhaps an all Balto movies forum(as well as the separate ones) would be a good idea for these.

The forum is split into Balto 1, 2 and 3 for organization purposes. It's just easier then having them all on one forum. Their would be too many posts and people would probably get confused.

That answers it right there.
SO whats the purpose here?
Sure people can say thats a good idea, but if a mod says probably not,I wouldn't cross my fingers.

I don't think something like that would be needed, people can just put it in the section they think is most suitable.
